Stack Platinum™ LLC – Shipping Policy

Effective for all iridium specimens and framed works

1. Shipping Method

All iridium specimens and framed works are shipped securely and fully insured via a trusted carrier. Due to the high value and rarity of these items, shipments are signature-required and tracked from our facility to the delivery address.

2. Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure the integrity of the metal and frame.

  • Standard processing time: 1-3 business days

  • Rush or custom requests may require additional lead time

3. Shipping Locations

Currently, Stack Platinum™ LLC ships to confirmed addresses worldwide.

  • Purchasers are responsible for accurate shipping information.

  • International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Packaging

Each specimen is packaged in a museum-quality protective box with cushioning materials to prevent damage. Framed works are shipped in reinforced boxes, designed specifically for delicate art and precious metal items.

5. Insurance & Risk

  • All shipments are fully insured for replacement value while in transit.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the purchaser upon delivery, except in cases of carrier negligence reported within 48 hours.

  • Claims for damage must include photographs of the packaging and item, and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Tracking & Updates

Once shipped, purchasers receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Estimated delivery date

7. Restrictions & Special Handling

  • Due to the irreplaceable nature of iridium specimens, no standard shipping services (e.g., USPS flat-rate) are used.

  • Oversized or framed works may require signature confirmation and special handling fees.

8. Delivery Issues

If a package is lost or delayed, Stack Platinum™ LLC will assist in working with the carrier to locate the shipment. However, the responsibility for delivery confirmation ultimately rests with the purchaser.
