3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our jewelry products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in lighting, photography, and screen settings, actual product colors and details may differ slightly from the images shown.
Stack Platinum LLC reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping. Stack Platinum LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply limitations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to valid addresses within the United States and select international destinations.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Once a package has been shipped, Stack Platinum LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Effective for all iridium specimens and framed works

  1. No Returns or Exchanges
    Due to the extreme rarity and uniqueness of the materials, all sales of iridium specimens, framed works, and related products are final. Stack Platinum™ LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

  2. Inspection & Acceptance
    Customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and documentation prior to purchase. Each item is shipped with a Certificate of Analysis / Documentation verifying material authenticity.

  3. Shipping & Delivery
    All items are securely packaged and shipped via insured delivery. Stack Platinum™ LLC ensures that products leave our facility in perfect condition. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the purchaser upon delivery.

  4. Damage During Shipping
    If an item arrives damaged, the purchaser must notify Stack Platinum™ LLC within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the packaging and product. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve damage claims. Replacement or repair may be offered at our discretion, but a return for refund is not permitted.

  5. Disclaimer
    Purchases are for collectible, artistic, or material preservation purposes only. Stack Platinum™ LLC makes no representations regarding investment or resale value.

To initiate a return, please contact chris@stackplatinum.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

7. Warranty and Repairs

All Stack Platinum jewelry is crafted with care and inspected before shipment. We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.
